I am wondering if SHIKISHIMA BICYCLE COMPANY is a scam as I paid them for products that they deny receiving and refuse to respond after their bank confirmed that the funds were paid to them.
Efforts to make formal complaint to Alibaba is futile as you are sent in circles.
