Is the position for Saturday Teacher in Sagamihara, Kanagawa still open? What is the schedule?

May I know if a BA Secondary Education graduate who taught "Phonics, Conversational English, and Composition Writing" to First Graders in Kanagawa as well as "Children`s Literature" in the Philippines qualified for the Saturday Teaching position?
