Question for SAKURA PHARMACY YOKOSUKA HONCHO SHOP

Hello, I am from the USA working on the naval base for the next three months and I cannot ship my needed medication through customs. I have an empty bottle with the doctors information, medication and available refills. What I want to know is it possible to get a refill here in Yokosuka? I am not in the military.
